Getting brake on error with evo all and compustar cm900.

I installed a compustar cm920 with a Evo all using datalink cable on a 2019 kia Sorrento key start vehicle and it will work fine but randomly not start using remote start and I get an error code from the parking lights saying foot brake on. This is strange because it's all thru data and it will only happen once every 10 times or so. I have a options A1-A11, C1, F2 on. The vehicle does NOT have an immobilizer. Programmed using just the blue light for CAN and programming went fine. Not sure what would cause this.

Can I use programming options instead of wiring?

This install it's an evo one on a 2016 ford transit and I was wondering if I could just turn on option 35.3 instead of wiring up the red connector with pin D5 and D6.

evo all forgetting and acting weird on 2013 toyota highlander G key

I installed an evo all with a crimestopper remote start on a 2013 toyota highlander G key with factory alarm. I followed guide #9041 with datalink and the programming went fine. I remote started the car and the trunk would randomly start opening, so I turned off option A2 and hardwired the trunk wire from the crimestopper and it all seemed to work fine until the factory alarm went off and so enabled option D2 but after testing it a few times i saw it wasnt consistantly unlocking before starting and it would do it later. So then i hardwired a factory disarm wire from the crimestopper to the purple wire in the driver kick panel and turned off option D2, I also lowered the firmware version that seemed to work until the the lock and unlock stopped working for a day or so and then started working again so i turned off option A1 and hardwired the door locks from the crimestopper. But now the customer tells me the auto headlights turned off in middle of driving!!!!! Im really lost here! Ive installed dozens of remote starts and evo one's and evo all's in all sorts of cars but i cant figure this out! It seems to work and then a day later it acts all weird and stops functioning properly.

Is the compustar T11 3 mile remote fully compatible with the evo one and evo all?

I wanted to know if the compustar T11 is fully compatible with the evo one. Like does the 2 way status work? The temperture sensor?

Firsttech update?

I just wanted to let people know something I just found out. I just ordered a Compustar Prime 2WG9 and it came with a little adapter so I dont need to switch the pins around as shown in the guide - rf-2wg9-sp-install-guide-25121!!!! I belive this is something new because I have ordered many of these and this is the first time I have seen it come along with the remotes. Also the packaging is a new design. I tried uploading a photo but it wasnt going.

2016 Nissan Altima PTS Take Over

I installed and evo one with a crimestopper remote start and everything works fine. however i noticed if I unlock the doors by pushing the button on the remote i need to follow the takeover procedure by pressing the PTS button twice as stated in the instructions, HOWEVER if I keep the key in my pocket and push the button on the door handle to unlock it does the takeover procedure automaticly without me having to push the PTS button at all. Can anyone else confirm this?

Why do I need to give up a key for install.

Hello, I have been a long time customer of fortin and belive you guys make the best products, you are the only brand i use for bypasses. I was looking to install a remote start in a 2016 Nissan Rouge PTS and I saw that it required a key for install. Now I searched around on the internet and saw that idatalink doesnt require a key for install. http://www.idatalink.com/search/search?vehicle_make_id=31&vehicle_year_id=2016&vehicle_model_id=696&vehicle_id=20302 Now I have never used their products but was just wondering what they do different that I dont have to give up a key, or if there was a way to tweak the evo all so i dont have to give up a key. Thanks
